All of our rental units are individually owned and decorated by the unit owners. We understand that you want to live comfortably in a tastefully decorated and well equipped home for your stay in Sun City Center. For this reason we are selective about the homes we provide our clients. We will not rent a unit that we could not live in ourselves. Our prices are competitive and our reputation as REALTORS in Sun City Center exceeds all others in the area for quality and service.

We currently provide Rentals in Kings Point. We feel the Kings Point lifestyle is more in-line with what our tenants are looking for in a winter vacation get away.

There are off season rentals available here in Kings Point by the month May thru October call for information. This is a great way to try before you buy.
